You were rudely awoken from your sleep when a hand vigorously shook you.
"(Y/N)!" They sounded like a child on Christmas day. You moaned, allowing yourself to be pulled upright.
Oh. It was the Doctor. Of course it was the Doctor. You were on the TARDIS.
"What?" You said sleepily, pulling your eyes open to see the spaceboy grinning at you.
"Come on, I need to show you something really cool!" He pulled you along by the wrist before you could protest, and you made a point of sighing.
"Doctor, I was asleep!" You growled, holding back a yawn as you attempted to keep your balance whilst being pulled along.
"This is so cool, seriously!" He wouldn't stop grinning, and it was starting to annoy you, however adorable it was.
"What is is?" You lifted your eyebrows. Your muscles were still asleep.
"I have to show you! Can't describe, too amazing, gotta rush!" He pulled you along faster until you were in the control room, dragging you to the doors.
"I swear, if this is another solar tsunami-" You began, and he put a finger on your lips.
"I promise you it isn't." He said slightly calmer, and before you could roll your eyes, he pulled the TARDIS doors open.
"Geez-...WHAT THE-" You began, taking several steps back as you reached out to grab a handrail. You'd certainly woken now.
"I know. Isn't it cool?" The Doctor's grin was unnerving. You stared at him dumbfounded.
He'd parked the TARDIS on a moving asteroid.
A. MOVING. ASTEROID.
Your eyes refused to shut, staring nervously at the danger.
"You woke me to scare the crap out of me?!" You shouted, glaring at him as you gritted your teeth.
"..."
"It's. Terrifying." You spelled it out for him.
"..."
"Terrifying. Scary." You tried.
"You've turned very pale..." The Doctor narrowed his eyes as if in deep concentration. You seethed.
"Really?" You said sarcastically, nodding as you did. "Because that's generally what happens when someone's in a state. Of. Shock." You growled.
"Are you in a state of shock?" He asked seriously, folding one arm across him as the other occupied his chin. He was actually thinking.
"I'm not even going to dignify that with an answer." You deadpanned.
"...So...does that mean...yes?" He asked nervously.
"What do you think?" You managed to tear your eyes from the open doorway, folding your arms.
"I don't know, I think yes but-" He began in the beginning of a long thought process, "I mean, I could be...wrong..." He trailed off as he saw your expression. "Okay. I'm going to just shut the doors now." He steadily reached over and shut the doors. He took your continued glare as a sign to move from the asteroid, and he humbly, slowly, walked towards the controls as he began to set coordinates to somewhere less...extreme. He kept glancing at you, and you didn't take your eyes off him until the TARDIS began to make that familiar whirring sound.
"I'm going to bed." You unfolded your arms and began to storm off.
"But it was pretty cool though...?" The Doctor said quietly as you walked off. You stopped, paused, glanced around at him, and smiled.
"To be honest, I thought it was rather hot." You teased, skipping off and leaving the Doctor to muse over your little comment.

Eleventh Doctor x Reader 4
Pain is a sensation with which we are all too familiar with in this world. The Doctor knew pain better than anyone else. When he told you about himself, you felt his pain. Everyone he knew and loved were gone, and he could never see them again.
Soon after, though, he was almost back to his normal self. He hated going back to those memories, but he had to explain what you were. Thankfully, it ended and he could go back to focusing on all of time and space.
He was about to suggest a spaceship in the 29th century that passed by an exploding star and had the most beautiful view, but he heard you yawn. "Tired? Of course you are,

Eleventh Doctor x Reader: Strawberries
You groggily opened your eyes and reached for the other side of the bed only to feel it cold and empty. You pulled yourself up and raked a hand through your tangled, (h/c) hair.
“Doctor?” you called out, voice still hoarse with sleep. You shook your head and swung your feet over to the floor, grabbing the blanket and keeping it securely wrapped around you as you trotted down one of the many corridors and eventually found the kitchen somehow. You leaned in the doorway and smiled. There was the Doctor, twirling around like a cosmic 5 year-old making what appeared to be pancakes and toast with jam. Creeping up behind him your wrapp

10th Doctor x Reader
You stared up at the stars, wishing for adventure outside of your boring, dull office life. You wanted to know what had happened to your best friend, Donna Noble, who had mysteriously disappeared the day of her wedding. You heard someone walk up behind you but kept your eyes to the stars, knowing that it was Wilf, Donna's grandfather. Ever since the wedding, he'd been acting different, as if he'd seen something that had changed his life.
"How are you doing, (name)?" The old man asked kindly, sitting next to you, making you smile.
"Oh, just sitting here watching the stars, wishing... wishing that I was someone important, but I'm just a girl

So whilst my internet played runaway with me, I wrote this at night instead. I got the idea from being woken when I was going asleep, reading a Doctor Who book.
